Add Buffyboard Man pages and Unify Build

At least for Debian packaging, it is dramatically easier to produce two binary packages from one build than it is to run two builds. As part of this, I've also unified the tests folders of both projects so they run correctly now.

While there, add basic man pages for Buffyboard.
