lts/hydrogen will never === 18.18.6 so I've updated the nvm-check.sh to silently switch to the right version and install if its not the right one.

added an install-no-prereq make entry too, mostly for gcd-drupal sake

also updated the yarn lock file whilst it was running on the docker container
