FIX #65: Clarify detail view of requirement for admin

Change log:

  • Remove State column for non accomplishment requirement type. Only action is left since it's pretty clear that an "Invalider" action implies that the situation is validate (and so on). For other kind of requirement, since the action may be "Voir" (ex. for file requirement), the State column is keep to be sure that the user understand what she/he see.
  • Display 100 assos by default
  • Display association name with acronym first (if exist) and then name
