Move status info to above Account

Summary

Improves the UX by moving the "Status Info" (reposts, pins) to above the Account component and shifting the timestamp to the right.

Benefits:

1. Allows the reader to more naturally see if the post is a repost (when reading, we don't naturally gravitate towards the right side of the card)
2. Consolidates this design and the "pinned post" design into a singular look
3. Prevents the truncation of the repost user (as shown in the Before screenshot below)
