Enhance RTL detection by ignoring links in post
Summary
This will cause soapbox to ignore links that starts with: http(s) (s)ftp ws(s) tel mailto blob smtp(s)
This will prevent these links from being detected as part of the post which will cause the algorithm to better decides if the text is RTL or not.
