Make compatible with GNOME Shell 46

This fixes all errors reported on loading the extension by replacing add() and add_actor() calls with add_child() calls. I hope this is a correct drop-in replacement. I tested interacting with the extension (default settings) and it seems to work fine. I didn't extensively test changing settings.

I remove the 45 version from metadata, as I don't know whether this change will still be compatible to it.
