GPIO fixes for the v4.19 cycle:

- Atomic contexts, cansleep* calls and such fastpath/slopwpath
  things.

- Defer ACPI event handler registration to late_initcall()
  so IRQs do not fire in our face before other drivers have
  a chance to register handlers.

- Race condition if a consumer requests a GPIO after
  gpiochip_add_data_with_key() but before of_gpiochip_add()

- Probe errorpath in the dwapb driver.

This time, we have some pretty impactful work. Among
the changes:
 * changes to make PTK rekeying work better, or actually
   better/safely if drivers get updated
 * VHT extended NSS support - some APs had capabilities
   that didn't fit into the VHT (11ac) spec, so the spec
   was updated and we follow that now
 * some TXQ and A-MSDU building work - will allow iwlwifi
   to use this soon
 * more HE work, including aligning to 802.11ax Draft 3.0
 * L-SIG and 0-length-PSDU support in radiotap

Here are quite a large number of fixes, notably:
 * various A-MSDU building fixes (currently only affects mt76)
 * syzkaller & spectre fixes in hwsim
 * TXQ vs. teardown fix that was causing crashes
 * embed WMM info in reg rule, bad code here had been causing crashes
 * one compilation issue with fix from Arnd (rfkill-gpio includes)
 * fixes for a race and bad data during/after channel switch
 * nl80211: a validation fix, attribute type & unit fixes
along with other small fixes.

Linux 4.19-rc2

Devicetree updates for 4.19-rc2:

A couple of new helper functions in preparation for some tree wide
clean-ups.

Power management fixes for 4.19-rc2

 - Make the menu cpuidle governor avoid stopping the scheduler tick
   if the predicted idle duration exceeds the tick period length, but
   the selected idle state is shallow and deeper idle states with
   high target residencies are available (Rafael Wysocki).

 - Make the PM core's generic clock management code use a proper data
   type for one variable to make error handling work (Dan Carpenter).

drm-misc-next for 4.20:

UAPI Changes:
- Add per-plane blend mode property (Lowry)
- Change in drm_fourcc.h is documentation only (Brian)

Cross-subsystem Changes:
- None

Core Changes:
- Add get/verify_crc_source for improved crc source selection (Mahesh)
- Add __drm_atomic_helper_plane_reset to reduce copypasta (Alexandru)

ALSA: Move hda_codec.h to include/sound

For easier sharing with ASoC.
