1. Check the Issue List first to see if an issue has already been submitted.
2. Always include a page reference if available, such as in PDF.
3. Try to describe the problem as much as you can
4. For art/visual/design problems, please include a screenshot.

• Only assign a user (or yourself) when the task is in Todo or later on the Task Board
• Comment as much as needed and @mention people if needed.
