Add whitespots-portal support

httpnotonly requested to merge portal-support into main
  1. Now you can Set SEC_DEFECT_MANAGEMENT_SYSTEM=portal to start uploading vulnerabilities to the greatest vulnerability management system 😄
  2. All files/variables/scripts/comments related to dd actions were renamed to neutral
  3. Default value for SEC_DEFECT_MANAGEMENT_SYSTEM is set as defectdojo, so nothing will corrupt
  4. Everything is tested
