fix fr.onyx.lyon1

it requested to merge hatch01/fdroiddata:fr.onyx.lyon1 into master

I fixed the fdroid build for fr.onyx.lyon1 :

  • updated flutter submodule on the onyx repo side
  • use melos to ensure that build has the last library dependencies
  • cleanup minor things like PATH to avoid using direct path
  • update scanignore because of update in isar (a submodule) with some cargo.toml file without cargo.lock
