Increases webcam provision

Why is this change being made?

Our Productive Workspace Guide suggests a webcam that is significantly over the previous limit for the Webcam category. This MR fixes this by increasing the limit to $160

• This MR coincides with our remote-first value as many GitLab Team Members frequently utilize video calls.
• This MR allows us to better fulfill our commitment to turning video on in seeking to be engaging and establishing presence.
• This MR increases the value enough to allow team members to dogfood own advice in valuing video quality.
