✨ [GitLab Dedicated] Prioritize asking for identifying info to ease and speed log exploration
Why is this change being made?
This MR adjusts the GitLab Dedicated Support logs workflow to suggest that folks prioritize asking for identifying information early in a ticket.
This will make sure we have what we need to look in Opensearch as early as possible and should contribute to increased time to resolution of tickets.
See gitlab-com/gl-infra/gitlab-dedicated/team#2572 for our efforts to improve the Opensearch examples as a part of this epic gitlab-com/gl-infra/gitlab-dedicated&212.
