Adding notes from Customer Discovery Meetings led by PMs to UX Research Drive
Why is this change being made?
We don't have a general process for documenting the findings from Customer Discovery Meetings (user interviews) led by PMs. Instead, we see that PMs are following different processes, using different tools:
- Team GitLab issues
- Google Docs
- Slack
- Customer interview requests project in GitLab etc.
Problem
Not having all insights collected in common place that is easy accessible - can lead to problems referring to these findings later in the product design process and causes less visibility for other team members.
Proposal
Add a short reinforcement for this process to Product Handbook, to leverage UX Insights repository UX Research Drive for storing Customer Discovery Meetings notes. with discovery meeting
label (not yet created, as this is a proposal).
