Update new zendesk views in the ticket workflow
Why is this change being made?
Update the ticket support workflow with the new Zendesk views. The old views (.com with SLA, .com Accounts, Groups, Login, or SM with SLA
have been replaced with Your region Needs Org/Triage/FRT
, Your region+All Regions Needs Assignee view
etc.
