WIP: Feat: New badges

I made a start on the new badge implementation. It doesn't do everything outlined in #170 (closed) but it's a decent boring solution for now.

This MR adds:

• ✅ New Badges
• ✅ Size Variants
• ✅ Color Variants

This MR does NOT add:

• ❌ Icons inside badges
• ❌ Linked badges

I still need to add tests and clean up the commits, but wanted to get UX approval before I went any further.
