Resolve "[UX Polish] Improve field prompting and validation for Remote Connection"

Description
This MR polishes up the remote development prompts a bit. With this MR:
- We show the step (for example,
1/3) for each prompt. - Canceling the prompt doesn't show an error message (previously we showed an error message).
- There's some validation added for each prompt.
