What does this MR do and why?

  • This exposes the feature_category from BatchedMigrationJob classes introduced in !105666 (merged) to the metrics.
  • It's accomplished by setting feature-category to the ApplicationContext.

How to set up and validate locally

Couldn't test the entire error reporting process from local.

Test has been added to assert the behaviour.
