What does this MR do and why?

This MR updates the text colour of 'critical vulnerabilities' to be consistent with GitLab UI standard.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Set GitLab to dark mode
  2. Run a pipeline in GitLab EE
  3. Go to 'Secure' > 'Security Dashboard'
  4. Inspect critical vulnerability elements in the DOM are red-800
