Update test expectation for BSD license matching

What does this MR do and why?

Update test expectation for some tests as now they are confusing and not relevant.

Currently, we get information in pm_packages table from External license database. In this database we only have SPDX supported license names. BSD isn't a SPDX supported name and in fact, we don't have any license with such name in the external database.

We should update test examples to reflect new changes.
