What does this MR do and why?

This MR removes double component registration form ci_resources_list_item_spec

As part of VUE3 migration extra component registration has to be removed

Number of registrations and createComponent calls is reduced from 14 to 13

Reduce number of FakeComponent creation from 13 to 1
