It turns out, the design was not ready for License Compliance Widget. This commit makes sure the component is rendered as expected.

How to set up and validate locally
- Fork https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/frontend/playground/gitlab-mr-widgets-demo
- Create an MR by updating the README.md file
- Visit the MR page
- Finally, check that all widgets load properly (icon and row alignments etc...)
