What does this MR do and why?

  • Simplifies the custom roles development docs. We have had updates to the tooling that weren't clear in the docs. So, I have removed some of the outdated steps & added step-wise instructions.
  • Also adds specific examples of how GroupPolicy & ProjectPolicy need to be updated.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. From the diff viewer, click on Open in Web IDE and preview the markdown changes.
