Complete git write onboarding progress when applying a template

  • git_write is visualized and tied to our concept of create a repository.
  • the applying of a template creates a repository, which we map to git_write in learn gitlab. So we should ensure it is marked as completed when a project is created with a template.
  • fix onboarding predicate methods to stay true to what predicate methods should be and return boolean
