Update references to gitlab-com/gl-security/appsec/

In Migrate AppSec namespace (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gl-security/product-security/product-security-meta#46) we moved the namespace of appsec tooling to reflect our org structure.

This MR updates references to reflect the move, and fixes the failing depSASTer CI job.
