Remove plaintext token values for feature flags clients

What does this MR do?

NULL-ify operations_feature_flags_clients.token to get rid of the plaintext values so that we achieve the immediate goal of #29594 (closed) while we drop the column. See #29594 (comment 228464071) for details.
