What

Adds info on how to configure identity providers we don't have listed, and where to look for additional information when configuring those providers.

Describes additional configuration fields that are sometimes needed.

Why

When configuring less common providers they often ask for additional information that we don't yet provide. Unless someone is used to configuring SAML services they may not know which settings to try. It can also be difficult to know where to look if an option is not already described.
