Add search token configuration to AuditLogApp

What does this MR do?

This adds the ability for the consumer of AuditLogApp to configure which tokens should be available for the user to choose from.

The following token sets will be used for the different Audit event pages:

• Admin: Group, User, Project
• Group: User, Project #217781 (closed)
• Project: User #217782 (closed)

Issue: #217777 (closed)
