Refactor final package components to use gl-sprintf

What does this MR do?

Refactors the remaining components from #199986 (closed) to use the gl-sprintf where appropriate.

Components:

• ee/app/assets/javascripts/packages/details/components/app.vue
• ee/app/assets/javascripts/packages/list/components/packages_list_app.vue
• ee/app/assets/javascripts/packages/list/components/packages_list.vue
