Rename Vulnerabilities::Occurrence to Vulnerabilities::Finding

What does this MR do?

As per #214704 (closed) (&3148 (closed)) we want to consolidate the terminology for the Threat Management feature. This MR changes the name of Vulnerabilities::Occurrence into Vulnerabilities::Finding while keeping the database names intact.

This MR also contains changes required for #214561 (closed) because of #214561 (comment 380603614)
