Track exceptions when using Bulk Import
What does this MR do?
This MR rescues and tracks exceptions during Bulk Import process, adding use of Gitlab::ErrorTracking.track_exception
to BulkImportWorker
& BulkImports::EntityWorker
.
Data processing exceptions that happen during import process and handled slightly differently and are already handles in the BulkImports::Pipeline::Runner
