Track exceptions when using Bulk Import

What does this MR do?

This MR rescues and tracks exceptions during Bulk Import process, adding use of Gitlab::ErrorTracking.track_exception to BulkImportWorker & BulkImports::EntityWorker.

Data processing exceptions that happen during import process and handled slightly differently and are already handles in the BulkImports::Pipeline::Runner https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/blob/master/lib/bulk_imports/pipeline/runner.rb#L43
