What does this MR do?

This is an ongoing Merge Request where the editor team is working on adding a in-page search to all Settings pages. The commits pushed to this Merge Request are created on pairing sessions in a collaborative effort. We are deriving Merge Requests that will go through the code review process based on the aforementioned commits.
