Add release metrics to group-level CI/CD Analytics page
What does this MR do?
Replaces the placeholder content on the group-level CI/CD Analytics page with two release-related metrics:
- Total number of releases
- Percentage of projects with at least one release

Feature flag
This feature is hidden by the group_ci_cd_analytics_page feature flag, which is disabled by default. It will be enabled by default in !53295 (merged) once this MR has been tested on gitlab-org.
