What does this MR do?
This MR enabled the combined_menu feature flag by default.
Why does this MR have so many changes?
- Enabling the feature flag by default required updating a number of QA specs and QA selectors. This MR helps QA specs pass with this feature flag enabled.
- There's a number of Feature flag checks in the feature specs that were missing a
default_enabled:
