What does this MR do?
This MR updates the copy for the Subscription Sync Modal in order to better convey that the sync action does not update the details in real-time. This is an MVC solution that points to having real-time updates in the future. It also updates the alert style to be info
.
A feature flag is not used because this feature is for self-managed instances. The feature is behind an Application Setting and it's not released nor documented. To test it locally, see the following steps.
Local Testing
