Resolve "Don't use recursive root_ancestor in linear mode"

What does this MR do?

The Namespaces::Traversal::Linear#root_ancestor calls super too early, thereby calling the recursive #root_ancestor version even when the use_traversal_ids_for_root_ancestor feature flag is enabled.

This MR follows the precedent set by other methods in the same module.
