Pluralize DevOps Report to DevOps Reports in UI

What does this MR do and why?

The app refers to "DevOps Report" (singular). There are a few problems with that:

  1. The marketing material refers to the category name as "DevOps Reports" (plural), so either the marketing material or the app should change.
  2. The app is causing confusion because people think "DevOps Report" (singular) refers to a feature instead of a category containing 2 features.

This MR changes the UI to use the plural term to indicate it is not a feature, but a a category. This aligns the app with the marketing content.

This also fixes some references to DevOps Report that should be references to DevOps Score (apparently this was not noticed in previous work).

Note: This does NOT update constant names, code directories, or routes, only because a lot of files will change. @djensen plans to follow up to make those changes.
