What does this MR do and why?
This MR allows admins to see DORA4 related metrics on the group and project-level CI/CD analytics pages.
How to set up and validate locally
- Set up GDK with ultimate license
- Log in as admin
- Open a project and verify that you're not a member of the project
- Go to
Analytics / CI/CD - Verify that the deployment frequency and lead time tabs are visible
