Refactor MR specs to migrate WIP -> Draft

What does this MR do and why?

While doing some mechanical scrubbing of migrating wip -> draft I spotted some opportunities to refactor this series of tests, which check various trigger words and situations in order to exercise the regex that detects Draft status by parsing the MR title.
