It occurred to me after https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab_kramdown/-/merge_requests/41 that we should use GitLab Styles () for this project. While here:

Document release process (which I'll test once this is merged).
Bumped the version of Bundler.
Other minor improvements.
