Simple rock paper scissors app in rust.

The game consists of two main parts: selecting the number of rounds and playing the game. The player can choose to play the game in the best of 3, 5, 7, or 9 rounds. After selecting the number of rounds, the player can then choose to play one of three modes: rock, paper, or scissors.
